Return & Refund Policy
- All ASRAJ CLOTHING products have a 7-Day Exchange Policy only for domestic and international orders.
- we do not have any refund policy.
- To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was delivered and must also be in the original packaging.
- The original invoice as shipped with the initial order must be sent back in original packaging.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on customized, sale items or gift card.
- If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is upto Rs 300.
- Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pincodes. in this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only.
DAMAGES -
ASRAJ CLOTHING is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping or transit by our courier partners. If you receive your product damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file the claim.
Kindly ensure that all the packaging material and damaged goods are saved before filing a claim.
Any wrong product/size received disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours with the proof.
In case you have received a faulty product, we will definitely replace it.
